Dignitary & delegation travel

Behind the Scenes at the G20 in Atlanta: Moving Delegations with Intention

This week, the world's foreign ministers came to Atlanta, and RWB Transport was on the ground to help move them. For the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting, our team coordinated the movement of international delegates, working hand in hand with law enforcement from first arrival to final departure.

For a boutique, Atlanta-born company, it was the kind of assignment that tests everything: planning, timing, discipline, and above all, discretion.

Atlanta on the world stage

On October 30–31, 2026, Atlanta hosted the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting.

Behind every session sat a quieter challenge: getting dozens of delegations where they needed to be, on time and safely, across a busy city.

Our role, and what we can share

RWB Transport was responsible for coordinating delegate movements, in close partnership with law enforcement. Because of the security protocols around an event of this level, we won't discuss routes, schedules, staging locations, or the delegations we served.

That silence is part of the job. Discretion isn't a policy we follow; it's the service we provide.

What we can say is this: every movement ran as one coordinated operation. Our chauffeurs, dispatch, and the officers assigned to each detail worked from a shared plan, so the vehicle was where it needed to be before anyone had to ask.

What precision looks like

Diplomatic transportation leaves no room for "close enough." Over the two days, our standard came down to four things:

  • ReadinessVehicles detailed, fueled, and staged well ahead of every call time.
  • CoordinationOne plan shared between our dispatch, our chauffeurs, and law enforcement.
  • PresentationUniform fleet, formal attire, and a calm, consistent arrival every time.
  • DiscretionWhat happens in the vehicle stays in the vehicle.

Built by me. Driven by me. Built for you.

I built RWB Transport around those standards, and I still drive. Being behind the wheel for an assignment like this one is a reminder of why we do it: people trust us with their time, their safety, and their privacy.

The same standard, for every client

The care we bring to a foreign delegation is the care we bring to every ride: a corporate roadshow, an airline crew, an airport transfer, or a night out. Atlanta keeps proving it can host the world, and we'll keep making sure the world moves through it well.
