Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing, these Terms & Conditions apply. Total charges incurred are billed to the client's credit card unless invoice arrangements have been approved or there is an existing corporate billing account. RWB Transport accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Checks or cash may also be accepted subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes.
Airport transfers
RWB Transport provides a flat rate for most domestic commercial airport pickups and drop-offs to or from ATL in the immediate metro Atlanta area and involving most major airports and metropolitan areas across the US. The commercial airport transfer rate is based on a pickup and drop-off without delay or waiting time exceeding fifteen minutes. Vehicles are dispatched according to the flight's estimated time of arrival as provided by FAA data and airline automated systems. Rates and terms may differ for private FBOs, international arrivals, and commercial airports outside the US.
Point-to-point transfers
RWB Transport may provide point-to-point transfer rates for local pickups and drop-offs within the immediate Atlanta service area. Wait time beyond the fifteen-minute grace period, extra stops, or indirect routing are charged additional or may revert to the prevailing hourly rate. Transfer rates are a function of time, distance, and zone locations. Off-hour and holiday fees may apply.
Hourly service
As-directed service has a four-hour minimum charge. Vehicles remain with the client or at their stop locations, as parking availability allows, for the reservation. Travel time may be charged on a garage-to-garage basis and made part of the respective hourly minimums.
Cancellations and changes
For local Atlanta metropolitan service, cancellations on sedan and SUV airport transfers are generally accepted without charge two or more hours before scheduled pickup. Vans, minibuses, premium and specialty vehicles require no less than eight hours' notice. Motor coaches require no less than two weeks' notice and may require up to 30 days' notice. International cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. Exact requirements can vary due to local conditions, event, vehicle type, market area, contracts, and seasons.
No shows, cleaning, and smoking
If you do not see your chauffeur, call the office immediately at 404-723-8160 or 678-488-5023 to avoid a no-show fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles and may result in an automatic minimum $250 charge. Excess cleaning or damage caused by a client or passenger may be charged in full, with a minimum clean-up fee of $250.
Additional charges
For airport and Amtrak arrivals, RWB Transport offers a 30-minute grace period from the updated arrival time. For other transfers, a 10-minute grace period applies. Thereafter, wait time is charged at $15 per additional 10-minute period. Parking fees apply to individual airport meet and greet service at ATL. A $20 surcharge applies to transfers between 10:30pm and 5:30am, and a $25 holiday fee may apply on listed holidays. Rates, fees, surcharges, and terms are subject to change without notice.
